blog i do now i don'tAfter being dumped before his wedding, I Do Now I Don’t founder, Joshua Opperman, discovered that the jeweler he purchased his fiancee’s engagement ring from did not offer refunds, and 35 percent was the most he was going to get back on the purchase price through other avenues.
